We are looking for an energetic individual, who is ready for a new engagement role, or wanting to develop their current engagement skills to promote and support digital inclusion across Primary Care Networks in the Gedling Area.

This role involves supporting patients and primary care staff to understand and connect on different digital platforms to get the best from the NHS App and other patient health records.
