‘Spring into the NHS App’ this April:

Support available at Nottingham and Nottinghamshire GP Practices to help people use the NHS App.

Following the success of Get Online Week 2025, the Digital Notts team are offering further support to Nottingham and Nottinghamshire GP Practices this April, to help patients ‘Spring into the NHS App’!

During the week of Monday 20th to Friday 24th April 2026, the Digital Notts team will be delivering engagement sessions with our population to support people to improve their digital skills and take a more proactive role in managing their health, care and wellbeing.
Our Digital Support Hubs, to support patients in registering for and using the NHS App, will be taking place on the following days, at the following GP practices:

Our team will be able to give advice on:  

  • Registering for and using the NHS App.
  • How to order repeat prescriptions digitally.
  • Viewing your GP Health Record.
  • Managing upcoming and past appointments via the App.
  • Contacting your GP Practice about a health problem or update.
  • Understanding how to access hospital letters and your personal health record using our App partner – PKB.

If you would like support in registering for the NHS App for the first time, please bring a valid form of photo id (passport or UK Driving License) if possible.
