In January 2026, 5,391 unique users accessed the Notts Care Record, the highest monthly total recorded to date. This reflects a growing confidence in the system as an essential clinical tool, demonstrating the increasing value it provides across our Integrated Care System (ICS).
Alongside record user numbers, 73,543 individual records were accessed in January alone, another all-time high. This sharp rise highlights how routinely the Notts Care Record is being used to inform clinical decision making, reducing duplication, and saving time for frontline staff.
Overall, since November 2025, the Notts Care Record has seen a 31.6% increase in records accessed. This rapid growth shows that colleagues are logging in more frequently, which highlights the usefulness of the new data and functionality offered by the Notts Care Record.
