The platform brings together health and social care information from partner IT systems into a singular medical record. It means that vital information is readily available on an easy-to-navigate dashboard, regardless of the organisation it came from.

Who can use the Notts Care Record?

Serving a range of organisations within the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICS

The Notts Care Record is being made available for authorised staff in NHS Trusts, Community Health Care, Social Care, and GP Practices. Additionally, our Ambulance Service will also benefit from this data through their own Unified Care Record.

Why it matters

The consolidation of information into a single record enables clinical and care staff to gain a deeper understanding of a person’s health and care needs, precisely when and where it’s most needed. This not only elevates care quality and efficiency but also fosters improved outcomes and experiences for individuals throughout Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
