Since launching in July 2025, use of the Notts Care Record has continued to grow month on month. By the end of June 2026, records had been viewed more than 779,000 times, with July seeing a record-breaking 98,800 views in a single month. Continued growth throughout the summer has now seen the system pass the one million views mark.
The milestone reflects the growing role the Notts Care Record plays in helping clinical staff access patient information from across different organisations. As more data and organisations continue to be added to the record and more organisations make use of the system, the benefits for both staff and patients are expected to grow further.

Future improvements to the Notts Care Record include the introduction of maternity data, pathology results and new partner organisations including Nottingham City Council. All helping to ensure that the Notts Care Record continues to support our workforce to improve patient care.
