These sessions will enable you to:
• Get advice on accessing and using the NHS App
• How to access Patients Knows Best (PKB) and link to your Personal Health Record (PHR)
• Learn how digital letters are already being used in outpatients, and the wider department rollout in 2025.
• Hear how the NHS App will be improving patient communications for test results and welcomes on referral.
• Understand how to access digital care plans and additional patient support via the NHS App.
The drop-in events will be taking place on the following days throughout January:
– King’s Mill Hospital (KTC) Every Monday 9 am – 2 pm.
– Mansfield Community Hospital Every Tuesday and Friday 1 – 4 pm
Colleagues from PKB will be at King’s Mill Hospital on Monday 20 January 9 am – 4 pm
