Andrew Fearn, currently Chief Digital Officer for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB, will take up the role, as Jim Austin leaves Derby and Derbyshire ICB to be the interim Chief Executive of Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust.
The new role, unique within the 42 ICBs in England, will take responsibility for the strategic digital transformation programmes for both systems for the next 18 months.
