More funding available to support Community and Voluntary Services

Applications are now open for new Community and Voluntary Service (CVS) organisations to participate in the successful CVS Collaboration Project.
Digital Notts’ CVS Collaboration project aims to partner with local community groups or community and voluntary service organisations across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, looking to embed digital skills support into their work.
The project allows groups to develop and test scalable digital support models, which in turn helps digitally disempowered communities’ access and take advantage of digital opportunities.
Eligible delivery models should focus on helping local people gain the skills, confidence, connectivity and motivation to do more digitally, whilst also improving their health, care and wellbeing through targeted, person-centred support.

Deadline for applications is Thursday 29 February 2024. Full details on the eligibility criteria, timescales and other criteria can be found below.

Funding Offer

  • Funding is available for up to five CVS Organisations.
  • The project offers up to £5,000 per CVS Organisation.
  • Grants cover a 6-month period.
  • Should organisations be successful in meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Targets set, funding for a second 6-month delivery phase may be offered.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be a Community and Voluntary Sector Organisation, local Charity or Community Group.
  • Be based within Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System area.
  • Complete application form in full
  • Be committed to working with/engaging with the Digital Notts Digital Inclusion workstream for a minimum of 6 months. This will include regular monthly meetings to discuss progress.

Timeframe

  • Applications are open now and close on Thursday 29 February 2024, 5pm.
  • All CVS organisations will be contacted during week commencing Monday 4 March 2024 to confirm the outcome of their bid.
