The NHS App Digital Support Hubs are making a comeback at Mansfield Central Library, starting Thursday, 13 November. These sessions will run every two weeks, giving residents the chance to get practical, friendly help with using the NHS App.
At the hubs, you’ll find Max, the new Digital Inclusion Coordinator at Sherwood Forest Hospitals ready to guide you through everything you need to know. Whether you’re setting up your account for the first time, learning how to book appointments, or exploring features like viewing test results, the team will make sure you feel confident and supported.
The NHS App is a fantastic tool for managing your health and care online. From booking GP appointments and ordering repeat prescriptions to viewing your medical records, it puts your NHS services at your fingertips.
We’re pleased to confirm additional outreach sessions to help you get started with the NHS App. Our team will be on hand to support you with downloading the app, setting up your account, and answering any questions. We’re expanding our support to more locations across Nottinghamshire. Here’s where you can find us:

If you would like support in registering for the NHS App for the first time, please bring a valid form of photo id (valid passport or UK Driving License). And if you don’t have valid photo id, our Ambassadors can give details on how to register for the NHS App at your local GP Practice.
