Digital Notts has today published its new Digital Inclusion Delivery Framework 2025–2030, setting out a bold and unified system-wide approach to reducing digital exclusion and ensuring every resident and member of the health and care workforce can benefit from digital innovation.

The Framework—developed collaboratively with partners across health, local authorities, voluntary and community organisations, and public representatives—provides a clear roadmap for supporting digitally confident communities over the next five years. It builds on years of progress across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, where targeted initiatives have already helped thousands of people access digital tools, develop skills, and engage more confidently with online health and care services.

The publication outlines five priority themes for the ICS:

  1.  Improving connectivity and access to devices and data
  2. Supporting digital accessibility and information literacy
  3.  Building workforce digital skills and confidence
  4. Strengthening partnerships
  5. Widening access to digital inclusion knowledge and expertise

To support different audiences, Digital Notts has also published both a full length framework and a short form summary . making the content more accessible for partners, community groups, and the public.

Speaking about the launch, Rosie Hercek, Digital Inclusion Lead for Digital Notts, said:

“This Framework represents a significant step forward in our mission to ensure that no one in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire is left behind in the digital age. By working together across health, care, local authorities, and community organisations, we can make digital access, skills, and confidence a reality for everyone. Digital inclusion isn’t just about technology—it’s about improving lives, tackling inequalities, and empowering people to take control of their health and wellbeing.”

The Framework is now available on the Digital Notts website, along with resources and information on local digital inclusion support.
