The Citizens Digital Forum (CDF) is a voluntary group that works with the Digital Notts transformation team. The forum aims to help inform and provide feedback on digital health and care services across the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICS.
As a team, Digital Notts strives to enhance citizen engagement and foster a stronger sense of community, and the Citizens Digital Forum is one of many ways to get regular feedback from residents.
As we head into 2024, we want to increase the membership of the forum to ensure more residents within our region can have their say. Digital technologies are having an increasing impact upon our health and social system, and it’s vital to ensure residents from all areas of Nottinghamshire can comment .
We are accepting nominations for new members to join the CDF; nominations should be sent via email to our Digital Inclusion inbox: sfh-tr.nottsdigitalinclusion@nhs.net. Please include why you would be interested in becoming a member and how you could contribute.
Deadlines for nominations is Friday 1 December 2023.
Nominees will be reviewed and announced by the chair of the CDF and Digital Notts colleagues later in December. The Forum meets on a monthly basis, on the first Friday in the afternoon. Full details will be confirmed to successful nominees.
